What are my options with delivery?
There's a number of delivery options which vary in cost depending on how quick you need your order. All orders above £40 come with free delivery, and are usually delivered the next working day. To find out more,
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all of the UK and Europe. If you're not sure if we deliver to your country, do not hesitate to contact us.
How discreet is your packaging?
Very. We get it. We're really proud to have generic packaging, it allows us to put all the effort into the toys in the box!
What if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you're not in when your order is scheduled to arrive, not to worry. Our courier will take the item back to their depot and reschedule the delivery. Schedules are usually the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Either create an account with us, and log into it to view your orders. Alternatively, check your email order confirmation for all the tracking information.
