If you're not happy, neither are we. As a result, you have 60 days from the date of your order to return a product to us.

To return a product to us, please email hello@lovelocker.co.uk with your order reference number.

Sex Toys, Lingerie, Lubes & Essentials, and Sexual Wellness products must be unopened, unused, or unworn, with all packaging and tags still attached.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

All purchases are covered by our 1-year product warranty. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it for up to a year after purchase.
